The Process

We believe there are three key elements to any successful project:

1. Planning
2. Execution
3. Follow Up


  1. All aspects of your project will be tailored to your needs. We realize no project is the same.
  2. Interscape representatives will complete site visits to complete field measurements and verifications, evaluate site conditions, and conduct project meetings.
  3. Complete drawing sets, product specifications and finish samples will be presented, reviewed and approved prior to order.


  1. Interscape will communicate via an online Project Management tool for the execution of work orders, plans, punch items, claims, progress updates and schedules. This tool will allow us to track and execute immediately while installers are still in the field.
  2. A project manager will be your direct point of contact throughout your project. We will also provide an onsite, day-to-day installation supervisor.
  3. Our Project Coordinator will be in constant contact with the project management team and the customer to ensure project timelines, scheduling, status updates and customer satisfaction is fulfilled from start to finish.

Follow Up / Day 2 Services

  1. A complimentary post installation walk through will be provided at your request within 90 days from the project completion date.
  2. An install crew of two will make any minor adjustments requested by the owner within a maximum of four hours free of change.
